¹ In order to allow us to reduce the subscription rate for the iNACHI-themed HSM, we have made minor changes to the iNACHI-themed account. these changes are as follows:

a) the iNACHI-themed HSM will not allow for the creation of sub-accounts. This measure reduces bandwidth consumption per account while eliminating the need for technical support related to sub-account development.

b) the iNACHI-themed HSM uses fixed "super-buttons" (i.e., they cannot be changed or customized). Super-buttons are labeled "Visit InterNACHI", "Visit My Website", "Company Info", "Our News", and "Local Businesses". This reduces production time and costs.

c) the iNACHI theme cannot be changed.

Did you know that you are currently looking at a "personal page" in the iNACHI-themed Home Savvy eZine? In fact, this entire sample iNACHI-themed eZine is nearly identical to what an actual account would look like (customized with your panel ad, of course).

HOW TO UPGRADE TO A FULL HSM ACCOUNT:

If, at any time, you would like to upgrade to our full-version of HSM (which includes five sub-accounts, custom title banner, and the ability to change your super-buttons), simply let us know. We will pro-rate your subscription to include an extra monthly payment for the balance of your subscription year based on our regular subscription rate of $360. For example, if you have seven months left on your subscription year, then the formula would look like this:

$360 - $156 = $204 balance /
7 mo. = $29.14 per month for
balance of 7 months

Once you have upgraded, your account will be also switched to our Global theme which changes on a monthly basis to match our cover art. Artwork for sub-accounts is charged separately from your subscription fee.

Try using the InterNACHI-themed version of HSM for while first, then, if you want to personalize your account even more, consider switching to a full-version account.

Two Ways To Pay
